I’m a passionate DevOps and Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in system automation, cloud infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). I work extensively with AWS, Linux systems, and tools like Git, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to build scalable, reliable, and automated environments.
With over 14 years of experience in IT support and systems management, I enjoy solving complex problems, improving system efficiency, and delivering seamless user support. I’m constantly learning, currently expanding my cloud expertise, and preparing for AWS Solutions Architect certification.
